the location proved convenient. it was a short walk to transport. the staff seemed helpful during check-in and throughout my stay..
the room lacked cozy lighting. the sink was quite small in the bathroom. i also noticed we couldn't fully close the window during the night.

Adequate but Disappointing Short Stay
rude staff missing iron
The lack of an iron in the room was frustrating. I found this quite inconvenient since I needed to prepare my clothes. the rude behavior of the staff member at 1 AM was unacceptable. There was loud noise from other guests, and the staff chose to ignore the issue. I expect better service, especially when addressing disturbances during late hours.

great location friendly staff luggage storage clean room
location worked great for museum visits. staff was very friendly and they addressed me by name each day. i left my luggage after check-out, convenient. rooms are clean, a detail i look for.
my room was very warm, and it only had a small window and no a/c. a fan helped somewhat.
